Meredith Piccin

Head Coach, Meredith Piccin, has been with the UAHS gymnastics team since 2021. Formerly serving as an assistant coach since 2021, Meredith is excited to step into the role as head coach. 

Meredith grew up in the Akron Canton area where she competed as an optional gymnast for the North Canton gymnastics team until graduation. Meredith was also a competitive cheerleader which led her to the University of Alabama, Roll Tide! Piccin has a degree in Management and business and has owned Honey Rose & K Jewelry for the past 17 years. Prior to her own business she worked at Target corporation and the Limited HQ in visual merchandising. Meredith loves art, creating, design and thrifting for midcentury modern pieces. Fun fact, Meredith grew up in a barn that her parents repurposed into a home! Piccin loves traveling and Italy is her favorite country to explore. Meredith’s favorite UAHS gymnastics project is creating Cards for Hospitalized kids. The team participated in this service project around the Holidays and Valentine’s Day. Meredith believes in creating a gymnastics culture where team comes first and everyone feels supported as a student athlete. 

Meredith resides in Upper Arlington with her husband Joe and two children, Charlie and Felice.
